I started teaching at Locust Grove High School in the fall of 2012, which means I am currently in my sixth year of teaching in this district. Though I have taught English most of my years here and a bit of art, I am now the library media specialist working in the school library. Over all, this is my 14th year of teaching.
I started teaching in 2003 at Wyandotte High School. I then moved to Skiatook Middle School and taught there for seven years before moving to Locust Grove. I have taught English, reading, art, newspaper, and drama in grades 6-12.
I am married and have four kids. Two of them attend Locust Grove High School: Seth, a junior and Tiffany, a freshman. One, John Keith, is a junior at Northeastern State University.
